Shipping
USBGeek processes your order within 1 business day. Once we have shipped your package, we will send you an e-mail for confirmation and a tracking number will be attached so that you can check the status of your package.

Shipping fee:
Shipping fee is US$5 dollars for each transaction and we ship Worldwide.

Shipping Time
- For Registered Airmail, over 98% packages can be arrived in 1 to 2 weeks *
- To US/Canada, shipment usually takes 7-14 days.
- To Europe (except Italy) or other countries, shipment usually takes 7-20 days.
- To Italy, shipment  usually takes 10-20 days.
- To South East countries, shipment  usually takes within 7 days.

Good Protection
All packages are packed in well-protective envelope or carton box for the best protection.

Shipping Status Tracking
A tracking number (Registered Airmail Number) will be provided the day we ship your package. You can check the shipping status of your package according to the tracking number.

* No one can guarantee the exact shipping time because it can be affected by many factors such as postal delay or customs inspection. If you cannot get your package in 3 weeks, please kindly let us know.


Return Policy:

Damage via Postal
If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and let us know. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us within 3 days after the item(s) arrived. Do not throw away any packing materials and contact us immediately. The return shipping cost should be afforded by customer. After we have received the defect item(s) and the defected item(s) is proved to be a damage via postal, we will send you new item(s) or have your money back. We will afford the cost of resending.

Factory Defect
USBGeek offers factory warranty (30 days after the item(s) arrived). If you have received your products with factory defect, please contact us within 3 days after the item(s) arrived. The product(s) must be in new and unused condition and in its original package. The return shipping cost should be afforded by customer. After we have received the defect item(s) and the defected item(s) is proved to be a factory defect, we will send you new item(s) or have your money back. We will afford the cost of resending.

Return procedure & Warranty
USBGeek reserves the right to refuse any returns/refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. 20% of transaction fee will apply and the transaction fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for authorized refunds.

You may return a item(s) for refund or exchange (if due to USBGeek error) within 30 days after the item(s) arrived.
All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
Without a RMA number, it is also difficult to identify who sent the goods, or why they were sent back. Goods returned without authorisation may not be accepted, or held aside pending the issue of a RMA number.
