Warranty & Return

Damage via Postal:
If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and let us know. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us within 3 days after the item(s) arrived. Do not throw away any packing materials and contact us immediately. The return shipping cost should be afforded by customer. After we have received the defect item(s) and the defected item(s) is proved to be damage via postal, we will send you new item(s) or have your money back. We will afford the cost of resending.

Factory Defect:
USBGeek offers factory warranty (45 days after the item(s) arrived). If you have received your products with factory defect, please contact us within 3 days after the item(s) arrived. The product(s) must be in new and unused condition and in its original package. The return shipping cost should be afforded by customer. After we have received the defect item(s) and the defected item(s) is proved to be a factory defect, we will send you new item(s) or have your money back. We will afford the cost of resending.

Return procedure & Warranty:
USBGeek reserves the right to refuse any returns/refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. 20% of transaction fee will apply and the transaction fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for authorized refunds.

You may return a item(s) for refund or exchange (if due to USBGeek error) within 30 days after the item(s) arrived.
All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
Without a RMA number, it is also difficult to identify who sent the goods, or why they were sent back. Goods returned without authorization may not be accepted, or held aside pending the issue of a RMA number.

Please use the instructions given to you when you receive your RMA to package your return. Ship your package back to us at the following address:
